A good short read of a family orientated afternoon . Being from the Pelkie area myself , I could relate to its scenes and antidotes
This is a well written and thoroughly thought out story. It reminds me of my days on the farm doing exactly the same thing, albeit with a different brother. My objectivity may come under some scrutiny since both Mike and Jimmy are my younger brothers. With that being said, I haven’t read many authors who have the flair for words that Mike has and I am intensely jealous. Well done Mike.
